Unlike many firms, we have a team who specialise in all aspects of family law and undertake no other work. This means that we can offer comprehensive and specialist advice.

The department is headed by a solicitor who has over 25 years experience in family law and who is a member of the Advanced Law Society Family Law Panel and supervises all other fee earners in the department.

We undertake only privately funded work. An initial interview is offered free of charge (for the first 45 minutes) and, where possible, we shall see you within 48 hours of your initial enquiry. General Approach

We follow the specialist Family Law Protocol issued by the Law Society. This is designed to reduce the animosity between the parties and encourages the settlement by negotiation. This approach often avoids the need to go to court and enhances the prospects of reaching an agreed and amicable solution to your problems.
