From December 2007 it became manditory for the seller of any residential property being marketed in England and Wales to provide a Home Information Pack. This pack contains information about the property including an Energy Performace Certificate (or EPC), evidence of title and local and drainage search results.

In light of this, in 2006 we set up a new company Lampthink Ltd who deal solely in creating professional HIPs for sellers. This allows them to specialise in creating the information pack as quickly and efficiently as possible.
